Monthly Online Group Sessions

Group sessions will be held each month, covering a different topic. These sessions will allow you to experience a hypnotherapy session in the comfort of your home. Each monthly meeting will be one to two hours long. Catherine will post on social media the date and time and cost for each group session. Space will be limited to 15 individuals at a time. Two video conferences will be available at 1:00 p.m. (PT) and 6:00 p.m. (PT).

To get the most out of the group session, please be seated in a comfortable chair, wear loose clothing, make sure you are in a quiet place and let your family and friends know that you need this time for yourself.

Payment is prepaid at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Important Information

All Hypnotherapy Sessions are by appointment only Monday through Friday. If your schedule only allows you to have a session on the weekend, please contact Catherine at [email protected], and she will schedule a weekend appointment for you.

All appointments are scheduled for Pacific Time (PT). It is each client’s responsibility to be available for the designated appointment time.

How many sessions will be needed?

Catherine has found that clients need 3 to 6 sessions to address most issues. Examples of issues, but not limited to, are fears, changing habits, increasing your confidence, fear of public speaking, and creating success in your life.

Past Life Regression usually requires one session unless the client would like to experience another past life.

In-Person Session

To have a successful in-person session, please be on time, turn off your cell phone, and wear comfortable clothing.

Zoom Video or telephone sessions

For a successful Zoom Video or telephone session, please be on time, turn off your cell phone, find a quiet location, and wear comfortable clothing.

You will need the following:

• A secure internet connection
• A Cell Phone/Landline (if your session is via telephone/cell phone)
• Laptop or PC Computer
• Headphones with a microphone or Bluetooth device (Using a headphone or Bluetooth device will ensure both parties will be able to hear clearly.)
• Catherine will send a link to your email for the Zoom sessions

Your complimentary 30-minute informational session allows you to meet Catherine, see if she is the right hypnotherapist for you and your needs.

Payment

Payments are due when you schedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Your payment will be applied to your next scheduled appointment.

Rates:

• Time frames listed are the average time for sessions. If your session exceeds the time allotted, an additional cost of $90.00 per hour will be charged for the service.
